Case: Your patient read this on the Internet and wants to know if this really works. "I would strongly suggest Botox injections. The injections will reduce the pain and spasm significantly and things will get better. Botox injections are usually done at a local hospital in the operating room on and outpatient basis every 2 to 3 months. I know because my child has spasms and spasticity from Cerebral Palsy."
